Introduction:
Solid brass stair nosings are a range of attractive stair edgings that offer premium finishes on any stair or step.They add a touch of class with their shine. Brass is mechanically very sturdy and is resistant to most chemicals.However it oxidises in air and tarnishes over time.It may be necessary to clean and polish the brass stair nosings with a proprietary metal polish and a duster from time to time to enhance and restore their looks.
This is an Anodised aluminium stair nosing that can be used on existing laminate, vinyl,tile ,wood or screed stairs to protect the flooring material from getting damaged. The aluminium stair nosing can also be used to cover areas where damage has already occured and can be installed after a floor has been laid. Lengthways grooves on the surface minimise the risk of slips.The aluminium stair nosing profile comes either perforated with the countersunk screw holes for screw fixing or unperforated for fixing with adhesive.
